- Verify the node URL is correct
- Check that the node is running and accessible
- If using a local node, ensure it is running on the expected port
- If using a remote node, check network/firewall settings
- If using a Biscuit/auth token, verify the token is valid
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting in Settings > Networks

- Check that the relevant account is connected
- Verify RLN if using KaleidoSwap maker pairs
- Verify Spark availability if using Flashnet routes
- Try refreshing the swap screen

- Ensure the KaleidoSwap Extension is installed and unlocked
- Refresh the web page
- Check that the extension is enabled for the site
- Confirm the DApp supports

- For Lightning, ensure there is a route to the destination
- Check that your node is online and synced
- Try again after a few moments

- Try generating a different type (on-chain instead of Lightning)
- Restart the extension and try again

- Clear browser cache
- Restart the browser
- For manual installs, try reloading the extension

- Uninstall the extension and reinstall
- Import your recovery phrase
